Responsibilities:

Monitor office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to streamline operations.
Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service, managing inbound communications adeptly.
Foster professional relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance collaboration.
Support various human resources functions, including onboarding and record-keeping.
Perform diverse administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization.
Manage office budgets and expenses meticulously, adhering to company policies.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures, preserving organizational integrity.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in office management or similar roles, showcasing proficiency in administrative oversight.
Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, complemented by proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Impeccable organizational abilities, with a sharp focus on detail and task prioritization.
